Today I’ll show you a technique that originated in the world of photography.
Bokeh technique, or bokeh stamping. This technique is very similar to light areas that you can see in pictures where a dreamlike atmosphere is created.
This can also be reached with the punch technique on paper.
Firstly I edited my aquarelle paper with distress ink.
You must first let it dry before you apply the following technique.
I’ve cutted with my dies circles out of packaging / plastic boxes.
I then cut out small squares of sponge (scouring pad). And uses it as a tool to plugging along.
You do not really buy tools, but you can make them yourself.
I used the template particles with white memento-ink.
I stamped very lightly and occasionally applied to paper.
This way you get the Bokeh technique.
This I leave to dry (because the white ink will still remain long wet).
I then used my Misty Tool the Lavinia Stamps. I decided to use the floral silhouettes.
I then made a harmonica card.
